They took and closed my account and turned power off, then put in some one elses. Now i have to pay 300.00 to get my power that i have had over 15 years back in to my name. They say this is legal and they have the right, they never contacyted me or anyone. Just my son in law went in to find out why they cut the power and they made him pay 600.00 and they turned it back on in his name, now they shut it off. How can they just take my name off the account use my deposit and give it to some one else. All the lady said it was their right, i dont see this, does it mean they can just walk in and take over my home? I am on ssi and have a hard time already i dont need this, please adise, thank you.
