This action may be taken late, but better than never. About 2 1/2 years ago I was contacted by ETP Plus about a Visa/MC credit card offer. Looking to re-establish my credit, I paid the $119 membership fee. Then waited and waited. When I did not receive anything further in the mail from them, I made several phone calls in an attempt to get a refund. I was told that they would resend a credit application to me. I finally got an address to send a complaint letter to, and recevied a written response that there was nothing they could do beause it was past the 90 day period, but they would send me a credit application in the mail.
I gave up thing that there was nothing more that I could do. That my money is now long gone. And though I may not get any of my money back, at least I won't feel like they got the best of me.
