About 15 months ago I paid for a full year membership two at a time. Most of the dvd's I recieved were copy's or defective. After three months I e-mail intellflix requesting they cancel my membership. I did not expect to recieve any refund. For the balance of that membership i did not recieve any e-mails from this company or any more dvd's. Three months ago they billed my credit card for an additional years membership. I called them and their response to me was that I had to cancel within 72 hours of my renewel date. They Ingnored my e-mail of one year ago. This is truly a major rip-off company. I now have to prove to my credit card company why they should credit my account.
