Got this for my mother, they took the postage costs then about 15 days later i had £57.95 deducted from my account, called my bank and got through to the disputes department, they said it is in the terms and conditions on the website that i could have returned it to isreal within two weeks and not be charged (around £40 postage), I explained that i got through to the website from an external link and the T's & C's were not visible on the page i arrived at but they were very unhelpful. I have cancelled my card so they cannot take anything else and recommend anyone else that has dealt with this company do the same.
