I purchases a video from this company. It was a one-time purchase an I never signed up or agreed to any "membership". But the company started charging "monthly membership fees" to my credit card. They were small amounts "under the radar" and I only now caught them. I requested a refund but the company has so far refused to refund my money. From reading other reports, this company is a habitual offender.
