Do not use this company. I have used many hire companies in the past and never had any problems in getting back the deposit.
The £500 security deposit was not returned, despite email and phone reminders.
Everytime you call you get a different reason why the deposit has not been paid.
As a next step I will instruct my solicitor to take them to court.
