Tardy Return Of Deposit - Failure To Provide VAT Invoice - VAN HIRE

Advised deposit would be returned 7-10 days after hire period - 2 weeks on and 2 telephone calls later still no idea when I will receive my deposit of £250.00.

Invoice requested a week ago by phone, told would be on it's way - phoned today to be told I have to email a request!

Unable to talk to anyone in authority as they were in a meeting! Poor customer service - concerned that I may never see my deposit or receive an invoice!
