A1 National Van Hire of Leciecester hired me a mini-bus (ref A1026041) at short notice and took an extra £500 deposit from my debit card, this deposit was not returned even after 4 weeks and dozens of phone calls, they fob me off with lame excuses and always promise to resolve the matter that day.
