Received a call from Nathan today stating that I'd approved an online listing for $599. He replayed the message from March. I told him that this "order" was immediately cancelled when the "Quality Control" department called for a follow-up. He said that he had no record of that cancellation. Nathan informed me that any verbal agreement under $600 is binding and that the bill would be turned over to a collection agency. I said I would wait 90 minutes for a Supervisor to be available and discuss this matter. He said there was no Supervisor available to speak with me and that he can put in the notes to have one call me tomorrow. I said if I don't hear from them tomorrow I'm reporting this company and this phone number.
I received a call back within 30 minutes from Nathan stating that his Supervisor had informed him of the order being cancelled and the "confirmation" would be mailed to us.
There was never any information sent to our company regarding a listing, where it could be located, there was never any purchase order sent to our company. There is no address where they can be located.
Don't dare pay this company without having paperwork showing what you're purchasing, terms, etc. If they cannot provide that they can't possibly be a well ran company, especially in the manner that they do it: hurriedly over the phone and with little information.
Be warned.
