I placed an order on 9/12 for products on myOTCstore.com which USED to be America's RX. Apparently someone just bought it out early this summer! Turns out the owners are a Sundries store in New York! So here is my experience".
I recieved an e-mail confirming my order and stating it was ready for shipment on 9/13'. On 9/22 I called the company and asked why my order is still in process as it stated on their website:. I was told that it was never shipped because one product was not in stock/. I asked why I was not informed and never got a response on that question'. The CSR told me that the item still was not in stock so I asked to cancel my order? He told me that I need to wait one day and if the product was not in tomorrow that he would cancel my order but if it was in he would have it shipped? I told him no I want to cancel and he continued to argue with me, so I asked to speak with a manager and he would not allow that! He then agreed to cancel my order. I asked when I would have my refund and he said by tomorrow morning. I asked for an e-mail confirmation and said he was sending it while we were on the phone. I waited one hour and never recieved the e-mai.
I then called the Corporate office number and complained about customer service. The man looked up my account and told me that everything was in stock and would ship tomorrow. I asked him why I was told something was out of stock and why wasn't my order cancelled upon my request? The man told me he would have it shipped tomorrow. I asked him if he would refund the $10 in shipping becasue I didn't think it was fair to pay $10 and I still wouldn't have my items for another week (he told me it would take 7 days). I again told him that I want to cancel and I want a confirmation on my cancellation and refund. I asked him when I would see my refund and he said by tomorrow morning. He told me he would take care of it and assured me I would have a confimation in my inbox in 30 minutes. It did not come, so I e-mailed through the website, my same compaint and this is the response I got in my inbox:
"We have send the information to our shipping department to cancel your order once we get confirmation we will intimate you. We appreciate your future business with us. Regards, Bob."
It is now 24 hours later and morning has passed. I still have no refund. I called and was put on hold told I was the 1st caller in the queue and then when my call went through, they put me into voicemail and wouldn't even speak to me so I left a message asking why I was lied to AGAIN and where is my money? No return call. I also replied to the e-mail asking again when I will see my refund. Now I have put it in the hands of the BBB. If you shop on Amazon—DO NOT get products that are provided through America'sRX.com... I don't think one single American even works for this company! It is a scam!
