Thieves - Con Artists - Crooks who now refuse to pay our truck freight charges after they got what they wanted.
Be very - very cautious about dealing with these crooks at Mimlitsch Enterprises and Glen Mimlitsch and his wife Susan Mimilitsch.
We are a freight transporter who drove a unit to New Jersey, spent many hours driving theoir vehicle only to be S CREWED by these con artist. The vehicle we were delivering had problems on the road in which the vehicle broke down on the road. Our company ROLLINS Transport Services Inc. Was forced to purchased hubs, bearings, seals and hub caps for this people because the Department of Transportation would not allow the vehicle back on the road in the condition the vehicle was in. We contacted our base and went out of our way with another truck to drive to Savannah, Ga. With hpes of obtaining the parts. We returned to the area truck stop many hours later and had our mechanics repair their unit. After the unit was repaired, a Department of Transportation Inspector refused to let the vehicle go back on the road, because two tires on their unit has a huge bibbles coming out of one of their tires and the other tires was very bad. Due to this, we could not moved the vehicle. Mind you, we had already spent additional time and money getting replacement parts in Georgia, repaired the bad parts only to be told by The Department of Tranportation the truck was being impounded and would not be allowed to continue on the road because of additional problems.
We contact Mimlitsch Enterprises and spoke to Glen Mimlitsch and Suisan Mimlitsch who at all cost wanted the truck delivery. We told them the truck could not be moved and that the Department of transportation & State Highway Patrol would not allow the truck to bne moved.
Mimlitsch then took two tires and drove from New Jersey to the location where the vehicle was stopped and parked. They removed the two BAD tires, and threw on replacement tires. The Department of Trqansportation Inspector and State Police Highway Patrol allowed the vehicle to proceed to the delivery point. When we finally arrived, we requested the remaining bill to be PAID. Glen & Susan Mimlitsch claimed they hadn't the money either in the office or the bank to pay the remaining balance off. What the HELL were they expecting once we delivered them the unit to their company???
They hadn't the funds to pay Rollins a penny. We should have taken the truck back to Florida. We wasted gas, time, went out of our way to go to another state to get them parts, which we did as a favor. Normally its the owners responsibility to fix their vehicles so they are road worthy.
We then contacted Rolluins Corporate office in Largo, and was told to have them personally sign a PROMISSORY NOTE to the outstanding amount due. They both agreed and signed a PROMISSORY NOTE jointly as guarantors. Rollins contacted Mimlitsch Enterprises and Glen Mimlitsch and Susan Mimlitsch a week later and we were told by both owners they had no intentions of paying the bill. This mind you after driving to Georgia to get them truck parts that nobody had. Their attitude is... Scvrew you, sue me... We aint paying you SH*T.
We hired a firm to resolve the matter. Mr. Bruno contacted Glen Mimlitsch was wasw cursed at and threatened by Glen Mimlitsch and told to " F " off and not to call there again... Wrong thing to do.
mr. Bruno wrtote a lertter to The Attorney General in New Jersey & Tallahassee Florida. Now the WAR begins. This falls into INTERSTATE FRAUD. Not only will The Department of Transportation get involved, but in addition The State Attorney Generals in both States.in addition, The company & its owners were jointly and severally reported to the CREDIT BUREAUS. The Company was reported to The BBB, and to a reporting Credit Bureau specifically for Companies. This will without a doubt ruin their Business Credit raiting, and hopefully their reputation, as well as their personal Credit as they signed a PROMMISSORY NOTE personally.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES trust MIMLITSCH ENTERPRISES. Get your money " UPFRONT". If you leave it to their honesty and professionalism, you will be SCREWED by them without a DOUBT in my mind.
Do not trust these people.

When the Bill is PAID in FULL... We will update this report, but it will not be removed under any circumstances... Is that clearly understood - Good I hope you lose business from this day on.
