I hired this company to install website security on my site. After it was installed, I noticed several files were locked down and I was not able to unlock them. My concern was that if in the future if I needed to unlock these files I would not be able to without going back and paying this company to do this. I paid $380 to have this installed. RnrnI contacted Rich Agnew (who did the work...) and asked that he let me know what files he had changed and also how to unlock the files if needed. His response was that he did not feel my skill level was sufficient and he would not unlock the files because I would just break the site and someone like him would have to fix it! RnrnI did not hire this company to give me an opinion of my computer skills (which he has no way of knowing in the first place!). If I wanted to completely mess up my site it is none of his business! I can not believe the arrogance of this man, I am so upset that he can completely alter a website I have been working on for months and I cannot do anything about it. I did not realize that by purchasing the website security from you that no one but yourself would be able to access certain files!
