I paid 380 dollars to have this web security installed after working for months on my new website After it was installed, I noticed many files were now locked. I emailed the installer, Rich, and asked him to unlock them and also to let me know what files were altered in the process of installing the security. This arogant man hadthe nerve to tell me that he did not feel my skill level and knowledge of the php files was good enough so he would not unlock the files! He also said that i would just break the site and he would have to fix it. How dare he hack MY website, it is none of his business what I do with my site! Now I Am going to have to install my site from a backup and get another web security software from a reputable company and I will be be out 380 dollars. I am Livid that this little jerk can do this! DO NOT HIRE computer-geek.net out of Ontario Canada or have their security software installed, thisan actually told me that even an is commerce websiteProfessional could not alter thePHP files apparently he is the only one good enough!
