In November of I received a message on my computer that a file was gone and corrupted. I took the computer to the Geek Squad, and later took them recovery discs I purchased from HP. They were to take the material from my computer, approximately 750,000 files, put it on a disc, and then put in the recovery discs. When I got my computer back, one month later, it was accompanied by a disc which supposedly had all my information on it. When I put it in, there were more than 80,000 files missing in one category, and I don't really know how much else. There were only approximately 250,000 files remaining. The Geek Squad insists that they put everything back on. They did not. The service order no., by the way, was 00526-929743338, November 15. Thanks.
