Hi I foolishly sent for the free trial without realizing that they then automatically send product and take money from your account.

Tried phoning - no response then emailed them - see below

Please note that I did not agree to any further orders to be shipped or for the money to be taken out of my account for the HCG Platinum Kick start or the Total Cleanse and I consider your site and approach to be a con. I have tried to contact you this morning by phone with no success therefore please consider this email an official complaint and a request for the money to be returned to my account immediately. I have the products unopened and can return these to you.

I have contacted my bank and they will release no further money to you. This is ridiculous I find £189.90 has been taken from my account without my permission and that I can ill afford - you are sharks. I await your response.

I then get a response via email saying
We have reviewed your request but unfortunately, any request to change account status or process a transaction must be discussed by telephone in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Infuriating!!
