I ordered an olympus 512mb picture card from their site on Wednesday. The money was immediately taken from my account a day had passed with no more information on the status of my order. I emailed them to inquire and received no response. I waited 2 hours and emailed them again, again with no response. I then called and was immediately greeted by an answering machine. I left a message with all the order information and again no response. A few hours later I emailed yet again and finally got a response an hour later and all it said was Fri/morning. Best regards, emartcentral.com.
In the meantime I came across all the complaints about counterfit products and such and that along with the poor communication lines made me decide to cancel my order. I sent an email to cancel after receiving the word that it had not shipped yet. This morning I get an email response to my cancelation request that just read "shipped. Best regards, emartcentral.com" I then checked the order status which read cancelled. So I emailed them again to inquire as to whether it had been shipped or cancelled and if it had been canceled I asked them to refund the money to my account. Their response to that was "no can't do. Best regards emartcentral.com".
As of now I am going to report this activity to the BBB and consumer protection, but I feel s though I am out $28 for the memory cards. Do not make my mistake! Steer far away from this company they are fraudulent.
