Ec'd email from landlady in need of cash after a mugging in madrid spain. Seemed real. Was from her. Called her phone no answer. Sent 700 and 58 fee via western union.
They gave the money to someone who was not the correct person.
No help from western union, bank, or police-AND I have crooks lined up thinking I don't know yet and am telling them I will send 2k borrowed and can paw car for another 1k. And also buttered it with nice concerns about her and trusting her.
They have the chance to catch a massive scammer but nothing.
Anyone know how to call madrid spain, I guess I might have to adjust cell plan or go to a land line w long distance?
