I knew my friend Peter Huber was going to vacation in Spain, so when I received an e-mail from him saying that he and his wife had been mugged and all there cash, cellphones and credit cards were stolen at "gun point" I believed the e-mail. I contacted Western Union and had the requested transfer of $1450 sent to the Madrid Spain, the Western Union charge for the service was $102. Before I did this I called Peter on his phone and got no answer and this helped convince me that the e-mail was legit. I called Peter the next day Sept 23, he answered and said that this e-mail was phony and that his personal computer site had been broken into and all his compter contacts had also received the same phony e-mail.
