Ripoff claimed i had winnings in spain that required my sending personal info like my dob and drivers license and sending money through western union. Spain

Spanish sweepstakes sent a letter claiming that i had won money in spain. They asked me to forward identifying information and, wire $3,000. Dollars through western union. I did not send the money however i am concerned about my identity being stolen.
