What this mortgage company is doing should be illegal. Unfortunately, my mortgage was sold to them. Every month I get harassing phone calls BEFORE the payment is even late! This month to my surprise, no harassing phone calls, I made my payment ON TIME through their website, and 5 days later I noticed the money hasn't withdrawn from my bank account. I login into my account to find out they did receive my payment and rejected it 5 days later. I tried calling today to find out why, and went through their ridiculous automated system only to find out it was after their business hours. I find it interesting that I haven't received ANY phone calls when it would be now late, and that they rejected my payment with no information a to why - same bank account, etc. I googled this to see if other have had issues and see that I'm not alone. I have a feeling there will be a class action law suit with this company in time, what they are doing is absolutely ridiculous. We have 2 other home loans on different properties and don't have any of the problems we face with this crooked company!
