I contacted Becker Quality Home Wash and set up an appointed to steam clean the
outside of my home. First off it rained that day, the worker showed up and I said
it is raining - he said - well it is not raining now... He proceeded to wash the house
for about 15 minutes the rain stopped and then it started pouring out. He came
into the house and said he was finished and the bill was $60.00 - I (Len Caruso) told
him that the back was not done and the mold was still all over the back of the house.
He said he would come back. Well he nevr did - I contacted the company and they said
they would be here the following week - Never showed - know I can not even get them
to answer the phone. I would like my money back or redo the work correctly. They have an advertisment that states 100% satisfaction Guaranteed or your wash is free.
