We paid for a $200 detailed exterior and interior clean, yet what we received was worth maybe $40 bucks tops. The outside looked great, but inside was horrible. It seemed as though the detailer only decided to do half his job. The inside still had vomit on the seat belts and between the seats, while the dashboard and door panels weren't even dusted. All the guy did was vacuum the rug. News flash! That's not a detailed clean!
We asked for a refund, but it's "against their policy, " and the manager said he would finish the job himself on the spot. We didn't have any more time to waste, so we were told we could come back another time and get it finished. We came back a couple weeks later (we are busy people) expecting the job to be finished, but instead we were denied service. "I don't touch vomit" the detailer said. Then who does? Is there a 'vomit specialist' or something? What's the detailer's job then, if not to clean the vehicle?
We are in the process of getting this resolved, and will likely try to go to another Wash Tub to finally get the interior finished. This Wash Tub is ridiculous. It's no wonder so many of these Wash Tubs are getting bad reviews — the workers don't do their jobs! If you ever considered going to this, or any other Wash Tub Car Wash, do yourself a favor; save your money and go somewhere else, unless you want to get ripped off!
