This router was for $19.95 long distance service, i also have to have a cell phone that is $40.00 the total bill is $320.00. This routers messed up my security at my house and my car wash it also messed up my swipe/clean automatic at my car wash and people are being charged up to $36.00 for a $9.00 wash. On 7-2-11 a man came into my bed room and the alarm went off but did not call central to call the police we did get the police out here and a report has been filed in Lindale, Texas I have asked verizonwireless to fix my service back like it was and the ones in TYLER, TX TIMOTHY HOOKER will not talk to me mobile# (Personal Info Removed). This has got to be fixed asap. Thanks
