Complaint about Toxin Wash from ToxinWash.com
I ordered Toxin Wash for a friend from the website www.toxinwash.com. When ordering I chose Fedex overnight delivery and was charged for it accordingly. When I received my order confirmation from Toxin Wash it showed I was charged for Fedex overnight delivery by Toxin Wash. When I received the shipping email from Toxin Wash it showed that it was shipped out USPS 2 Day mail. I called Toxin Wash to find out 1. Why I did not receive it today and 2. Why did I was not contacted by Toxin Wash if they could not ship it via my requested and paid for method. Toxin Wash told me Fedex does not ship to PO Boxes so they shipped it USPS 2 day mail. I told Toxin Wash shouldn't you have called me to get a different shipping address to use cause I clearly wanted it overnight as I paid 38.00 to have it shipped that method. Stay away from Toxin Wash as they clearly don't know how to run an internet business. If Fedex does not ship to PO boxes then that should have been stated when I was ordering it or Toxin Wash 's website should have an ecommerce solution that is intelligent enough to notify the customer of this, or IDK maybe go old school and just call me! Stay away from toxinwash.com as all they will do is stress you out and rip you off.
