I recall asking a question of JustAnswer.com re a problem with my car in late 2010 - they answered with a basic response which wasnt particularly helpful, so I moved on.
Regrettably I have only just noticed that 32€ has been taken from my account from the date of my question (October) to the present date of June (more fool me for not spotting this before now but my account contains a lot of transactions)
I certainly never agreed to go onto this monthly debit system. I suspect there is something deep in their ts and c's which, for instance, if you dont positively delete a preset response you automatically get ripped off every month.
I dont know if it is illegal in whatever country they operate but it is definitely immoral. I am writing this to try to pre warn others but I guess its only after they have got you that you start searching on JustAnswer - hope this helps others, think it calls for a class action
