This company charged my account $30.00 on June 18 ($35.00 OD fee). I called the number on the check (dated 6/15) 1-866-789-3114 and was put on hold and nobody ever answered. The phone eventually disconnected on its own. I redialed and talked to some guy with an accent. He tried to offer me a $100.00 voucher for who knows what but he eventually said that he would offer me a refund when I told him that I was reading about his company on the internet in reference to fraud and scamming. I told him that I was also going to report them for fraud and scamming and that is when he offered to refund my money. He cliams that my $30.00 will be refunded 15 days after the check cleared (6/18). I am going to check my account in 15 days and I also reported fraud to my bank.
