On September 18, this company charged my account for $30.00 for a loan that was not requested. We requested a loan from Check N Go at the time and check n go denied loan. I called PLA and they said they could not refund the NSF fee of $27.00 that was charged on my account for this charge that was not requested. They said, they would e-mail a gas voucher of $100.00 instead and to date they have not e-mailed or sent anything. I call them every couple of weeks and they say they will resend voucher and to wait 24-48 hours. Nothing!!! I want my money back and forget the voucher.
