Oh how stupid can we all be at times. I saw these products advertisd on a morning tv show and decided to sign up for the trail offer at £3.95 each. I have received Pura Silk but not alluria however they are both from Natural Health Network. The letter you get inside your packets inform of the deduction from your card account 14 days after the trial. I need do nothing my account will be debited £74.95 each month. I dont think so! If you try and ring the number which I did on lots of occasions you are put into a queue which no one ever answers - again money for calls. Eventually after 5 days I did get an answer and a very abrupt american lady with attitude asked me why I wanted to return the product - well is that not obvious - she also asked me to give her my card details - no way. I eventaully got a RMA number from her which you need to return the goods - the number is the same as your order number so save the call charge. I like others now am having to have new credit card issued as this is the only way to stop this scam - please dont be stupid like me.
