I too was taken in by the offer of a sample from this lot and expected to get a sachet of the Alluria and Pura Silk.instead I got a! Oz bottle and a tub of cream. I got the Alluria first and phoned for the RMA number which I needed to send it back. The product is not accepted back without this number. I was told to wait for the delivery of Pura Silk and phone for the number then and send both back together, When I got the second product a week later and phoned for this RMA I was informed the money had already been taken from my account as the trial time of 14 days was now over. The trial date starts when you order it seems. I phoned again and they said as a goodwill gesture they would refund me £17.49 on one product and £18.73 on the other. I went to cancel my debit card at the bank but realized I would not get my refund if I did. I received the refund of these amounts but still want to cancel my card as after reading all these reports I dont think I will have any luck getting the remainder back. I wish I had read about this scam before but I will never fall for anything again as I will research it first and look for these types of forums. Its a shame we have to be this way and there are people out there who can do this to other people. There is another address and thats Natural Health Network, Suite 7, Peel House, 30 the Downs, Altrincham, Cheshire WA14 2PX. Thats for the UK people. I have written a recorded letter to the address in California that I was given when I phoned and that cost me over £6 and another to the Scottish address. I will be posting the one to the above address tomorrow. I have been on to Trading Standards and they were great and told me what to write. I have also sent an e-mail to the company attaching the letter written and have sent an e-mail to watchdog also. Hope this post helps someone not to fall into the same trap.
