I saw a free trial of Pura silk and Alluria skin creams on a Facebook advert. No mention of the fact they take money from the payment card you pay the postage and packaging on. I received both items and there were lettrs in both stating payment in full would be taken after a fourteen day trial so I was immediately alarmed. I contacted both companies, who are both linked together, and informed them that I had only just received the items and did not want to subscribe to this costly offer. I was informed that it was too late to stop the payments as they had been taken out that day. I told them that this sounded like a scam and I would be informing my bank. I informed my bank and they said they would look into it and send me a new card so no other payments could be taken. I have just spoken to HSBC and they informed me that the payments could not be reimbursed as it states in the Pura Silk & Alluria terms and conditions that it is fourteen days from the actual order date. Even though I explained to my bank that I did not receive the products in time to cancel, they said there was nothing they coul do. This is a total SCAM that has left me financially ripped off. I hope that Pura Silk and Alluria get their companies stopped.
