Went on line to Mystique "foolishly" for trial products which were advertised at post and package only of £2.45. The products came from Mystique Labs and also Pura Silk. I thought Pura Silk was part of Mystique. Alas, although I contacted Mystique to advise I did not wish to take more product and asked them to confirm they would take no further monies from my account. They did this as I had returned half of each product to them under the RMA number however I have today discovered that Pura Silk have taken £74.95 from my account! This way of selling product is shameful and a scam. How can we stop this. I am not sure I will get my money back, but I will certainly put a stop on my bank account tomorrow! L B, Hampshire
