I also have the same problem, I didn't realise it is an ongoing thing, I just asked for the trial, paid for the trial (or at least I thought so until I saw they have been using my credit card without me knowing about it. I didn't sign up for anything else, they are tricking people misleading people to buy their products even without their knowlegde.
