I ordered a trial of the product and paid for it. I was told I would relieve the product on the 3rd of September. I only received this trial today so the trial period would be well and truly over I think the trial period was 17 days. This trial was ordered with my mothers credit card and now I am afraid that they will have charged her for the product as it is passed the trial period. I opened the product which was just left hanging out of the letter box which any one could have taken. I have decided to report this and wait for your reply as to what I should do. I have found several others have been taken down the same way so my mothers credit card would have been charged over $80 by now I want this stopped I can send the product back. The company must know that it takes a lot longer for the product to reach Australia and then Tasmania so they would know that they would be able to charge for the whole product and you would not have already had any trial time with the product. I find this kind of thing does take advantage of people knowing that they send it and that we do not receive the product until the trial period is over it is not fair to the consumer.
