Ongoing overcharging, transfering service, charging more than 2year contract, to many to say

I am also going to complain by placing on there corporate office, I had a two year package deal cable internet phone, 88.99 first year. I moved in April of the small town I lived in was not transferable, so no charge i was told got my package deal since it was in different area Mason City Iowa, all was okay, I made payment 227, by phone check by phone got authorization, on a sundayI woke up and cable was of I verified i paid and authorization given, of course to have cable back on and until i could prove and mail proof to them I could have cable back on. I again tried to pay by check, automatic system stated unable to process, I couldnt use my checking Medicom had flagged it as bad acount I was so upset I paid by debit, they claimed my check was bad returned this is when I again had to wast my time trying to see why my check was returned, quest what check was entered to my bank by two numbers medicom in correctly entered in error by medicom worker doing this it went into a national bad check to all these check things places used. Medicom wouldnt admit there error of course my bank schwab investment got all the information to me verifing there area, i had paid remember 227 twice now because the other payment finally went through to this day i have a missing 227.00 over payment, a 440. Payment which came from the two payments i have begged pleaded with medicom to investigate even as representative found also I had been charged equipment charges which were included in my two year deal, yet i hooked up my sons cable, 211.00 service was turned on when cable man got there he needed a twenty five dollar hook up charge seriously showed no money was paid to hook up new service, to this day who gets new dvr box and yet the 100.00 of the payment was for amount depositted to have the dvr based on his credit history, to this day that was august 10, payments made on my account placed on my sons old account sent them and gave them reciept number, who get new service checks credit pays deposit so from the day service hooked up they were in the rears late fees same as min to this day april to 2011 to just last month i got what 30.00 dollars credit for over charging in my package, all late charges lost payments I have authorization numbers for the errors of money that i got authorization and was to be placed on my account and fixed again never happened, now my package ended i was begging for them to give me a package deal for all the errors and I provided proof, I was told maybe 119. First year 129. Second i said im going to dish she stated ya theyll rip you off worse than you think we did. 440.211.119.121. And charges late and 1 year of charging me equipment charges a rep found and i got now sorry but 30 dollars for there mistake im filing with consumer protection with state of Iowa and better business complaint. I wanted to continue with my cable but how can i. If i have to collect names of same issues which i have attorney general could have a class action with them help why is it when medicom makes this many errors I know why because no one wants or should have to ever take this much time thank god i have receipts and every past statement for 3 years but why should i have to what did i get out of showing medicom there error almost a year begging telling me they opened an investigation on each time never was told the status nor refused my proof.
