I ordered both Alluria and Purasilk on a free trial offer with just a payment for postage.
When I received this and realized I would be charged for it if I did not cancel, I then immediately phoned up the company to cancel. When I received my statement I had then been charged the full amount for this product. I again phoned the company and they expressed surprise that I had not been told that I would be charged. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was just stonewalled by a women called Kim employee number 4211 who said she was a supervisor but who just kept repeating there was nothing she could do as I had entered into a contract when I did the order online, and that it was all shown in their terms and condition. I countered that nowhere had it shown the amount that I was then charged. Kim then just kept saying that I had entered a contract.
My other contacts with the company were Natalie and Caitlin. All in these people were in an office in USA but the product is sold in UK!!!
I have tried to find a contact phone number in UK but to no avail.
