I had house on Craigs list for rent and now there are several listing for it stating they are the land lord and want people to send them money for deposit for rent. Several people have called me and reports these scams are saying there name is James ward from Africa #336-291-3871, Another couple from New York and Reveron?
Crazy they have price listed very low and want deposit mailed to them.
Im afraid if people mail deposit they will be upset and do something to my house? Not knowing it was a scam..
They address on the rental property is 3230 n 94th Milwaukee, wi 53222
