Someone claiming to be the owner, Richard R Guillen, of property (Personal Information Removed) listed property for rent for $1070.00 a month with a $740.00 deposit. We negotiated the $740.00 deposit, he asked I Western union it to his assistant James Kwasniewski, which I did. He then said he shipped house keys and documents to my address, after 2 days and no shipment he then stated his wife put the package on hol because she was uneasy sending their homekeys to a total stranger. He then insisted on the whole deposit plus the 1st months rent in order to continue with the deal.
