Don't ever hire the above Lawnscaper and drip system Co owned by Kim (Kimberly)
King. She never finished the job she was paid for. At the time she installed my drip system, she wasn't even licensed to do so. I had to hire 1 other company who was as equally as bad as the above. Then I hired a very reputable company, paid him several thousand dollars to reinstall a drip system to cover all my plants, hide the rubber hoses, Lawnscapes had loopy things all over the flower beds for people to trip on.
I took her to small claim court, won the above Judgement. Yet to date, she refuses to answer her door when I try to collect. I have 14 yrs to collect even if she changes her business name as her license is under her name.
I am now trying to collect, nicely, one more time before I turn her license and name in to the Construction Industry Division. They will run an investigation and from what I told them and what I filed on her, they said it would be very likely she will have her license pulled and held until she pays the Judgement she has owed me for over 2 years. When they pull her license, she can no longer pull permits to work as a lawnscaper or drip system installer.
Several of my neighbors have had lots of problems with her work. She has moved 3-4 times w/in the same community over the past 10 yrs, that should tell you something about her.
