Costello King & associates solicited my company and asked if we had any past due invoices that they could collect on our behalf. After placing our very first account with them, they worked it a little then said my account was red flagged and refused to communicate with me any further. I then asked them to release the client from collections so I could pursue further collection efforts elsewhere. Again I was told they could no longer communicate with me. So I contacted the Arkansas state Board of Collection Agencies and they informed me not only do they not have a license to collect in my state, but nor do they have a license in any other state. C.K.&. A's are completely unprofessional, and in my opinion is only out to collect your debts for them selfs.
For those who have problems with this company, your state board of collection agency and Attorney Generals office is how to fight back. Good luck everybody
