Hi,
I have a CA drivers license since past 5 years. My License is expiring on September 29th as my Work VISA is getting expired. My employer has filed for my Work Visa extension and I have a receipt from USCIS that they have received my application and legally I am allowed to stay in US for 240 days until they respond.
If that is the case why I am not entitled to get a extended CA Drivers license? Without a License it very difficult to manage day to day routines.
Also in other state I have seen, people been given a 3 months extension on their Drivers license or a flat 3 - 5 years license. Why not in California when the Public transport system in broke and useless...
