I purchased a pair of Frye T-Buckle platform heels for 87.12 (thankfully through PayPal) after a week had gone by and I still didn't have them I wrote an email to the website with no response. I then contacted PayPal, who contacted Kelly-mall, they of course provided tracking number for a package sent that day. The package went to my billing address rather than my shipping address, so when the package said delivered they got my money. When I finally got the package from the post office it was the size of a shower cap. I then had to reopen a new PayPal case, was told to return the item to a different address, provided PayPal with the tracking info, and the case went under review. I was told I'd know the outcome by June 11th. It is now June 14th and PayPal is asking for proof of shipping again within 72 hours to grant me a refund. I just wanted these heels!!
