I purchased a pair of Dansko Veda Navy canvas sneakers Model 20994 from the website using my PayPal account. Didn't hear anything for 2 weeks so I contacted PayPal and started a Dispute investigation. I received a notice from PayPal saying a package had shipped last week from outside the country along with the tracking number.
I recieved the package today, needless to say it was not shoes since it was no larger than a postcard and placed in my mailbox.inside the package was a sponge from China, we have taken photos of the package along with the contents and sent this to PayPal. Hopefully PayPal will make the situation right but so far they have yet to respond.
