I ordered a pair of golf shoes in March. They didn't arrive and after trying to contact the seller, to no avail, I filed a report with PayPal.
PayPal contacted the seller, who provided a tracking number and PayPal closed the claim.
I called PayPal to get the tracking number and amazingly, it matched an envelope I rec'd, from China, which contained garbage can bag holders. I had saved the envelope for some reason!
There are several complaints I've found on the Internet with this company doing the same thing. I think PayPal will pull them.
