This is the email i sent to their support email address:
I placed an order online on 15 May, (see above for order details) and according to the online information the order would be delivered within 48 hours.
I called about 10 days later to find out what had happened to my order and was told that it was in transit. I asked the lady to cancel any further orders and send me in writing confirmation thereof.
On 30 May I called again inquiring about the order, I was told it was en-route, the lady I spoke to ensured me that no future orders would be dispatched I again asked her to forward me confirmation in writing.
Today I have not received my original order or any written confirmation that no further deductions would be made from my credit card.
I am of the opinion that this whole set up is a scam, I demand written confirmation that my details have been removed from your data base and I would like a credit for the order which to date I have never received.
I will take this matter further if I do not receive a response from your company as soon as possible.
