On December 8 I placed on online order for "The Man from UNCLE DVD Series" and received confirmation of the order the same day. My credit card was billed $69.99. On Dec 16 email confirmation that the order had shipped and should arrive by Dec 24.
Tried tracking my order but the message showed the package was delivered to Manchester, NH which is nowhere near Connecticut. On Dec 23 I sent another email asking about my order. On Dec 29 a reply email from company said there must have been an error in their database and asked for reconfirmation of my shipping address so they could ship a replacement order. I reconfirmed my address by return email.
On Jan 7 I followed up again asking about my order. Next day reply stated thay my order has been refunded and I would see a credit on my card in 4-7 business days. I followed up again on Jan 24. The response on Jan 25 was that there were a lot of issues with their supplier and a lot of orders had been refunded which caused a backlog. Once again the company stated that my order had been refunded and would show up on my card by week's end.
I have received no response to two additional emails sent on Feb 19 and 23. Today I found usacomplaints.com and see that many others have been scammed by this company. I hope we can get some satisfaction.
