American Express is following up with their Fraud Dept. They also scamed over $250 on a Experian account we never applied for on the same card. Cant believe their phone still works. When we called the woman she kept saying she could not pull up the account without more info. She wanted our Social Security number (did not give it), wanted Email address, Home Address, Phone Number. We gave all info but refused Social Security Number. She told us she was sorry and could not help us without the Social Security Number so we hung up and called American Express Fraud Dept. Her name she said was Lee Ann, her Agent I. D # was 5728. Their phone number was 866 407 7043. Hope somebody shuts them down. Glad American Express has Fraud Gaurantee Protection.
