I ordered a necklace from this company, after 6 weeks it had not arrived, tho my credit card had been charged on 29 March and I had an email from realypay to say so. I logged on to my customer account with them an submitted a query about the purchase.
No reply... After 7 emails to them, still no reply.
I think I have been scammed, it makes me angry that they have a legitimate looking option to be able to contact the merchant via email, and this happens
