I ordered a handbag from pradabagsuk.co.uk for £98.38 and received an email from realypay as a reciept. They sent me a user name and password for their customer centre. The goods never arrived. My bank account was debitted, plus international exchange charges. I left numerous messages on their customer centre. The merchant eventually agreed to refund, 2 months ago and I actually believe they have refunded to realypay, but that they haven't pass on the refund.
I feel like a fool for falling for such a scam.
