On may 29 i spoke with jorge first and since he didn't wanted help me even know that i explained to him that i order ppv fight no hd because it was lower price so i ask him if they were going to resolve the problem his answer was we are giving you a credit of 59.95 my question was why if i didn't order high defenition and they said i did when i look at my bill the first charge was 59.95 the second was 69.95 that is what i was trying to explain to emilio who said he was the supervisor explained to him again i order the fight normal not as high definition and explained to them that i kept on waiting and waiting for over 45 minutes to start watching the fight and the his answer was we have no record of you calling us to let us know there was a problem and so i mentioned to him i even take a picture of my phone so i can prove to them how long they kept me on the phone i had to hang up and call again this time i chose to talk to someone in english because i never got an answer from them in the spanish service and i ask emilio that i was ok by me paying the 59.95 and they refuse to accept that amount of money so he pretty much said do what you got to do but you have to pay 69.95 and again i told him that is not what i order other ways the first payment would say 69.95 and not the first one and by the way who wants to order the fight twice at the same time his name is emilio at last i told him you rather loose a customer instead of reducing the 10.00 dlls you guys are over charging me his answer was there nothing we can do i ask them how much will i be charged if i cut the service with them he came out wth the total of 400.
