On may 5 ppv boxing over the phone i press the buttom were they give you the options to use the sistem in sppanish or english i push the buttom spanish 1hour prior to the fight and as i was pretty much ordering the fight in normal watch not in hd becausse is 10 dlls more and the fight suppostly was oing to start at 7:00 p: m i keep on waiting and waiting and knnoing that alreary started and nothing was showing on my tv i decided to call them back to ask what was going on and they kept me on the phone for over 45 minutes and no one answer take picture of my caller id to have it as prove that i call them and hang up the phone and told my husband let me try it in english not even a minute a employee lady answer the phone and ask me if i have any problems that she can help me with as i was explaining to her that an hour early i order the fight and we weren't able to watch the fight she put me on hold and as she answer back she told me and also said sorry about what happend that second the fight started showing and i explained to her no hd because is pretty expencive i waited for my bill and to my surprice it was doble charge the firt charge was correct and 59.95 confirmation 2950-756375 and the second charge right below the same information but different price 69.95 2950-756375 i called them explaining to jorge was the first person i spoke with and again he said sorry for the inconvinient but the problem is they give me gresir for 59.95 and not 69.95 i ask him why was i getting charged with hd if i order regular his answer was thats all i can do for you so i ask him to let me talk to his supervisor his name is emilio and the same thing he told me they couldn't do anything about it i ask him if it make sence by a person ordering the same fight twice and he said the only thin i have to said to you is we alreary give you a credit of 59.95 i said it can be right becaise i order no hd and stil they end up charging me 69.95 and i believe this is a set up that they do on the phone my last question was i like to know how much i have to pay to disconnect their services and he came up with 400.
